1. Low temperature impact embrittlement test: According to Section 6.3.4 of ANSI/PSPS/ICC-4 a-2013 and ASTM D1790-21 standards, 10 adhesive film specimens are exposed to an extreme low temperature environment of -29 ℃ for 15 minutes before impact testing. The final failure of 0 samples fully proves that the product still has excellent toughness and impact resistance in low-temperature scenarios, and is not afraid of the damage to the adhesive film caused by cold weather.
2. Surface coating lead content detection: Referring to the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) 16 CFR Part 1303 standard, the CPSC-CH-E1003-09.1 method (AAS/CP-OES analysis) is used to detect the lead content of the colorful coating on the surface of the adhesive film. The results showed that the lead content was not detected (ND), far below the limit requirement of 0.009%, eliminating the risk of lead pollution from the source and ensuring user safety.
