How do I measure the dimensions of a pallet cover?
Add approximately 2–5 cm to both the length (A) and width (B) of the palletised goods. No extra length is required for the height (C).

What are the advantages compared to PVC pallet covers?

Are these Pallet Vovers waterproof?
Yes, the pallet covers are waterproof and washable, with a water vapour transmission rate of <0.02 m²/h. They are made from smooth material that is easy to clean.

Are these pallet covers durable?
These reusable pallet covers are made from a thermal insulation material consisting of pure aluminium/aluminium-coated + bubble wrap/foam + pure aluminium/aluminium-coated, reinforced with PE plastic. They have a long service life and can be used multiple times.

What are the standard dimensions of the pallets?
The international standard size is 1200 x 1000 mm. The height of the pallets may vary depending on the stacking height.

Can the pallet covers be repaired if torn?
You can purchase our Aluminium Foil Tape, which is specifically designed for repairing insulation materials and works very effectively.

Can the bottom of the cover be sealed?
Yes, we can customise 6-sided pallet covers; Velcro fastenings provide a better seal.

Can the pallet covers be custom printed?
Yes, your company logo can be printed on the pallet covers, or an A4-sized transparent, waterproof PVC window can be added to hold documents.

How long will the thermal cover keep my products at a low temperature?
