Product storage, transportation, implementation and maintenance instructions
1. storage and transportation:
(1) The product shall be protected from piercing or scratching the product surface by sharp objects during transportation.
(2) This product should be stored in a cool, dry and dark place, away from chemicals and fire sources.
(3) It shall be stored in rolls to avoid folding or heavy pressing (storage temperature: -15 ℃ to 40 ℃)
2. Construction:
(1) The water surface shall be cleaned before the cover surface is laid, and the cover surface shall be flat on the water surface, and the joints shall be fully overlapped;
(2) If equipped with a winding device, please install it correctly according to the instructions.
3. routine maintenance:
(1) If it is not used for a long time, the sundries on the surface shall be removed, washed with clean water and dried for storage.
(2) The expected service life of this product is about 3-5 years, which varies due to the use frequency, water quality, climate, maintenance and other factors. In case of discoloration, brittleness, bubble leakage and weld cracking of the cover surface, it indicates that the product has aged, affecting the effect of thermal insulation and energy saving, and the cover surface should be replaced in time.
(3) Winter tips: do not move or fold the cover when the temperature is below 0 ℃.

Warranty service description
1. description of warranty terms:
(1) The company provides a 1-year warranty for the thermal insulation performance of this product (please consult our personnel separately for the warranty period of other matching mechanical devices and electric control drives). The starting date of the warranty period shall be subject to the delivery date of the company's order.

(2) Under normal and standard maintenance, the overall service life of the bubble cap is 3-5 years, and the service life affected by UV and product color fluctuates; Thickness ≥ 400um, warranty of 3-5 years (excluding hemming), thickness<400um, warranty of 2 years (excluding hemming).

(3) The warranty liability of the company does not exceed the replacement of defective products or their parts (components), and does not include transportation costs and/or labor costs incurred for servicing or repairing defective products.
2. the above warranty terms do not cover failures, defects or complaints caused by the following circumstances:
(1) Failure to provide complete product label certificate;
(2) Improper transportation, storage, construction and installation, and daily maintenance of the product due to the buyer or user;
(3) Failing to declare within the warranty period;
(4) Caused by force majeure;
(5) The normal wear, tear and pattern fading of the product during use are not within the scope of warranty.
