Product Storage, Transportation, Implementation and Maintenance Guide

1. Storage and Transportation:

(1) During transportation, avoid exposing this product to sharp objects that may puncture or damage its surface. 

(2) Store the product in a dry, ventilated, and light-shielded location to prevent the accumulation of dust or oil contamination. 

(3) Stack the product flat; avoid excessive bending, prolonged weight-bearing, or long-term storage in high-temperature, sealed environments. 

2. For construction, installation, and routine maintenance instructions, please consult your sales representative. 

3. Special note: When this product is used at temperatures below-20°C, the PP material may become brittle; under these conditions, it is strictly prohibited to step on, strike, fold, or drag heavy objects over the cover surface. Installation and disassembly operations should be performed only when the ambient temperature is above-10°C.

1. Warranty Clause Explanation:

(1) The Company provides a 3-year warranty service for the final assembly of this product; the warranty period shall commence from the date of delivery of the Company's order. The warranty period for accessories (webbing, springs, anchor points) shall be 1 year, with the commencement date being the same as above. 

(2) The Company's warranty obligations shall be limited solely to the replacement of defective products or accessories; the Company shall not be liable for transportation costs, repair labor costs, or any other indirect losses. For products or accessories replaced as a result of a defect, the warranty period shall still be determined based on the original product order delivery date and shall not be recalculated. 

2. The above warranty terms do not cover any malfunctions, defects, or complaints arising from the following circumstances: 

(1) failure to provide complete product labeling documentation; 

(2) failure to install, maintain, or use the product in full compliance with the product manual and installation instructions; 

(3) failure to notify the Company in writing (including but not limited to by email or fax) of any defect during the warranty period; 

(4) damage resulting from force majeure or extreme weather conditions (including but not limited to hurricanes, floods, hailstorms, lightning, earthquakes, or material brittleness caused by temperatures below –20°C).
