E1 Thermal Box Liner (Aluminized Film + EPE Foam, 3mm)
Initial temperature before packaging: -1.5°C
Temperature ≤ 8°C within 13 hours; Temperature ≤ 15°C within 16 hours
A2 Thermal Box Liner (Aluminized Film + Double Bubble Layers + Aluminized Film, 6mm)
Initial temperature before packaging: -1.5°C
Temperature ≤ 8°C within 37 hours; Temperature ≤ 15°C within 41 hours
The insulated box liner is made of multi-layer materials with varying thicknesses and performance, featuring a thermal resistance of approximately 0.15 (㎡·K)/W. Equipped with bubble / EPE foam insulation layers and a reflective outer surface, the aluminized bubble liner effectively blocks solar radiation and maintains stable internal temperature while delivering excellent durability. It provides cushioning protection against impact and tampering. The product is flexible and leak-proof, resistant to cracking and breakage.
