Bubble Roll Material
This flexible lightweight composite roll integrates reflective heat insulation and heat conduction barrier. It is composited from high-reflectivity aluminum-plated film and low thermal conductivity PE bubbles via eco-friendly processes. Widely applied to cold chain logistics scenarios requiring stable temperature and fresh product preservation.
Characteristics: 1 Efficient insulation: The reflectivity of the aluminum film reflective layer is ≥ 90%, effectively reflecting radiant heat; Aluminum foil laminates have single and double bubbles, with a thermal conductivity of ≤ 0.035 W/(m · K) and extremely low thermal conductivity, effectively blocking heat conduction from the source and slowing down temperature fluctuations.
2. Waterproof and moisture-proof; The surface is flat and smooth, with excellent waterproof and oil penetration resistance. In high humidity and dew prone environments, the material itself does not mold or rot, and can be wiped clean immediately.
