Precautions for transportation and storage of products
1. Storage environment: The product should be stored in a clean, dry, ventilated, and temperature appropriate warehouse, away from direct sunlight, not less than 1 meter away from heat sources, and stacked reasonably. 2. Protection requirements: Avoid contact with sharp objects and prevent puncturing the reflective film; Long term heavy pressure may cause material deformation, please stack them reasonably. 3. Storage period: It is recommended to use it for no more than 18 months from the date of production. Beyond this deadline, please conduct performance testing to confirm before use. Precautions for the use, processing, and maintenance of the product
1. Cutting: Use sharp knives to avoid rough edges and wire drawing. When making lining products, please reserve 1-2% compression allowance for cutting size to ensure a tight fit. 2. Splicing: Please be sure to use aluminum foil special tape to stick the seams to ensure airtightness, and avoid using ordinary transparent tape. 3. Heat sealing (applicable to airtight products): If hot pressing edge sealing is required, it is recommended to first test the sample and control the temperature at 180-220 ℃ to avoid overheating and piercing the aluminum plating layer. 4. Stitching (applicable to non airtight products): Only suitable for scenarios where insulation requirements are not high, needle holes may damage airtightness, please be careful when choosing. 5. Installation: Before making the lining product, please check the inner wall of the box, remove sharp burrs, and prevent puncturing the reflective layer. 6. Cleaning: For daily cleaning, use a soft cloth dipped in neutral detergent or clean water to wipe. Do not use hard brushes, strong acids, strong alkalis, or organic solvents. 7. 1. Explanation of warranty terms:
Our company promises that under normal storage, transportation, and usage conditions, within one year from the date of order delivery, if the product has structural defects caused by the material itself (such as abnormal separation of the composite layer, pulverization/fragmentation of the bubble layer, etc.), we will provide you with warranty services.
After verification, it has been confirmed that it is a product quality issue. Our company's liability limit is to replace the same quantity of qualified products for free, or refund the contract amount for that part of the product.
This warranty responsibility does not include transportation costs, construction labor costs, and other indirect losses incurred due to product replacement.
2. The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
(1) Failed to provide complete product transaction vouchers;
(2) Damage caused by improper transportation, storage, construction installation, or daily maintenance;
(3) Not declared within the warranty period;
(4) Caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, etc.);
(5) Surface stains, slight creases, and normal attenuation of material glossiness that occur during product use.

For customized products produced according to your specific needs (such as special specifications, printed labels, etc.), due to their exclusivity and non reusable nature, once produced and accepted as qualified, returns or exchanges due to non quality reasons such as market changes or changes in usage scenarios are not accepted.
