Product Introduction

Aluminum coated EPE composite insulation roll is a flexible lightweight composite roll material that integrates reflective insulation and conductive barrier. Its structure is composed of high reflectivity aluminum plated film and ultra-low thermal conductivity EPE (polyethylene) cotton composite through environmentally friendly technology, which is widely used in various scenarios requiring temperature stability, freshness and quality in cold chain logistics.

Features:

1. Efficient insulation: Aluminum plated film has a thermal reflectivity of ≥ 90%, effectively reflecting radiant heat; EPE cotton has an independent closed cell structure with a thermal conductivity of ≤ 0.035 W/(m · K), extremely low thermal conductivity, and blocks heat conduction from the source, effectively reducing temperature fluctuations.

2. Waterproof and moisture-proof; The surface is flat and smooth, with excellent waterproof and oil penetration resistance. In high humidity and dew prone environments, the material itself does not mold or rot, and can be wiped clean immediately.
